NTHU Endowment Fund Performance

At the beginning of 2016, the approved investment fund totaled NT$207,391,433, increasing to NT$211,495,433 by year-end:

（1）Capital Gains: NT$15,363,411

 Cash Dividends: NT$4,552,647

 Interest Income: NT$139,022

（2）Cash dividends of NT$1,332,313 were received from stocks purchased during 2016 and, in accordance with accounting principles, were recognized as a reduction in investment cost. A transaction fee rebate of NT$23,273 from stock sales in December 2016 was credited to the account in mid-January 2017.

（3）Total Realized Returns for 2016：NT$20,055,080
